Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips Round 10

Top 16 Round 4 Euroleague Fantasy Challenge tips

This is our last Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips article in the regular season. After it, we will be getting ready for the top 16. This means you get to change all 10 players on your Euroleague fantasy roster. But first, we have one final week of the regular season. In this Euroleague fantasy tips article, we will give you some potential difference makers. I got some players that I expect to lead their respective teams to top 16. I also have some who could shine in games played only for pride. Before taking players from games without competitive importance, you should definitely check out the latest injury updates. Especially on game day. The best place to do it is always @corbenDallasEFC, or you could ask and comment everything you want below the article.

Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips Round 10

Stefan Jovic: Marcus Williams is back on Zvezda’s roster, but it is obvious that he will need some time to get back into competitive shape. I’m picking the other PG on Zvezda’s roster for this round. Jovic has been playing in great shape this season and I expect him to set the pace for Zvezda once more. Keep in mind that he dished out whopping 19 assists in the first game between these two teams in Munich. He should be good Euroleague Fantasy Challenge addition for Round 10.

Sergio Rodriguez: El Chacho is getting his old form back. He is starting to look like the European Steph Curry once again. He has been dishing out assists and making long distance shots these last couple of games, just like in the old days. Real is playing at home in a do or die game against Strasburg and I expect to see El Chacho in his MVP edition. Real is starting to play much better and Rodriguez is one of the reasons why. They should be rolling over Strasburg this week. That means that a lot of Real’s players should have nice performance as they often do at home. Rodriguez will cost you 49.7 credits, but if you don’t have enough credits to get him, there is a much cheaper option among Los Blancos. A 16 year old prodigy from Slovenia. His name is Luka Doncic and he is a  future NBA starter IMHO. Doncic is getting a lot of minutes from coach Laso. I think him too could have good game against Strasburg’s guards. 49.7 credits for Rodriguez or 18.1 for Doncic, you decide.

Jeffery Taylor: You should consider another cheap player from Real. Taylor has also been playing much better lately. He has arrived to Madrid this season and he needed some time to adapt, which is normal. It seems that he has started to pick up on coach Laso’s ideas and to function well on this team. I hope to see some nice alley-oop  dishes for Taylor from Real’s guards. Taylor is starting to become an important part of this team and his price of just 18.3 is a bargain at the moment and a third recommendation for Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips Round 10.

Scottie Wilbekin: Despite my “no Darussafaka players policy”, I just can’t look past this American guard. He is yet to have a high PIR, but he has also been playing better end better since his arrival to this team. His minutes have also been stable, so you could be counting on getting 20+ minutes from Wilbekin. He played a good game in Moscow last week, despite the fact CSKA destroyed the Turkish team. Wilbekin also had a great game against Karsiyaka in the Turkish league on Monday. He scored 15 points, but he has beaten the buzzer from down town to put his team up by one and to win the game. Not bad for a guy you can get for only 15.5

Martynas Pocius: It seems that Pocius is finally getting back into shape and starting to contribute to the Lithuanian powerhouse. He had a good game at Blaugrana against Barcelona. He continued rolling in the Lithuanian championship during the weekend too. He got 25 minutes in both of those games, which is the major improvement compared with what he was getting thus far. It has something to do with the fact that Reinaldas Seibutis is out too, but it is also a fact that he is looking much better now. Pocius 13.6 could be the “steal” of the round.

Josh Carter: Adding this guy was pretty much frustrating in almost any round of the regular season. The only people that were  more frustrated than the fantasy players who have been adding him, are Karsiyaka fans. He was brought to fill in Jon Diebler’s shoes, but he failed miserably. At least in the Euroleague. He had some good performances in the Turkish basketball league though. He pretty much depends on his shot, so he is capable of achieving good numbers  when he is hot. But he is also capable of horrible performances when he is not.

I’m hoping for at least one good game from him in Karsiyaka’s farewell to the Euroleague this season. They are playing Zielona Gora this week, practically for nothing.  I doubt coach Sarica will be resting him as Carter  owes a lot to their fans and the club in general. This is a risky pick because the game does not have a competitive importance, so different rotation may take place. Still I’m going for Carter this week and aiming for a surprise, for only 10.9 credits I’m willing to give him one more chance.

Dusko Savanovic: I’m counting on the inspiration of playing in his home country in such an important game. Savanovic has got the experience and quality to take o a lot of responsibilities in these kinds of games. Pionir is one of the hotest halls in Europe, no matter which Belgrade team is playing. I hope Savanovic will be extra motivated by the fans. Savanovic spent a few years playing for FMP in the ABA and the Serbian league, so he has the experience of playing in Pionir hall. If Dusko should be inspired he could have a good game. For 43.3 credits he is worth a try and he makes our Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips Round 10 list as well.

Dejan Borovnjak: Both teams that will be playing in Poland this week are already eliminated. Therefore, you should definitely check out the latest news on players that will be rested before you decide to pick them into your team. I think Zielona Gora should approach game with a 100% desire to win, despite the fact they’ve been eliminated. This is their last Euroleague game of the season and I’m sure they will give all they got in order  to win it. Borovnjak is their main threat under the rim and he has been playing well. Karsiyaka’s interior defense is definitely penetrable and I see Borovnjak dominating the paint in Poland this week. Make sure to check out if he will be playing on game day, because if he is, he definitely worth having for only 38.8 credits.

Tornike Shengelia: His price is currently low. Just 34.7 credits to be precise. Laboral will be welcoming Cedevita in what should be a high-paced game, which is right up Shengelia’s alley. He will be up against much less experienced players and I think he should benefit from it. Shengelia could be going high in Vittoria against Cedevita. This is why he features on our Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips Round 10 list.

Jamel McClean: With McClean we wrap this Euroleague Fantasy Challenge Tips Round 10 article. Both Milano and Limoges are out of the equation for the top 16. But the way I see it, coach Repesa and his team do not have the credit to have another bad game. Especially in front of their fans. McClean has been playing good lately and I see no reason for him not to have a monster game against Limoges. For a relatively low price of 56.4, you could  be buying a potential MVP of the round. Also, Robbie Hummel  got injured which makes Milano’s rotation under the rim a little bit shorter. If you don’t like my little bit risky picks from the big man selection, you should go with Mike Zirbes. If you have enough credits, you can’t go wrong with him this round.
